We use Australia Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our warehouse in Melbourne, Vic.
Your order will be delivered in approximately 4-10 working days.
We use Australia Express Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.
Orders for delivery within Australia Express Post Network will be delivered in approximately 1-4 working days.
Toosh Foods always attempts to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest and best quality goods.
However, if for some reason you wish to return a product purchased from our website, Toosh Foods will accept returns under the following conditions:
For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us.
NB: Please note that in this case, the customer must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Paypal account, the credit will be refunded to the same Paypal Account.
